Infrared Service Call - (1 hour - $75, Free with HVAC service of minimum of $125)
This includes a look at one room trouble spot and a brief energy consultation. It also includes some investigation of the duct work and air flow in that room.
Advanced Package - Energy Analysis (3 hours- 10¢ per sq. ft. / $250 min)
This package includes and builds on the starter package by adding more extensive tests and assessments. The reports that will be generated from the Energy Assessment Audit will provide you with the baseline of your property’s energy usage. This audit is recommended as the minimal approach in order to help you truly understand and make educated decisions on improvements.
In addition to the Starter Package our team will:
- Review all energy consumption features
- Energy Management in your home or business
- Performing a blower door test to determine the shell leakage
- Infrared thermal energy scan of troubled areas in home
- Evaluate appliances and electronic use, make recommendations

Ultimate Package - DISTINCT Comprehensive Energy Audit –
(4 to 5 hours onsite plus 4 hours for comprehensive report – 25¢ per sq. ft. / $500 minimum)
This audit includes and builds on the Energy Assessment Audit by adding more in depth performance analysis and comprehensive reports. We are able to evaluate a detailed report including estimates that will provide a path of how to improve your home or business with the recommended improvement.
